Effective January 26, all airline passengers to the United States ages two years and older must provide a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within three calendar days of travel. Alternatively, travelers to the U.S. may provide documentation from a licensed health care provider of having recovered from COVID-19 in the 90 days preceding travel.
With a negative PCR test done no more than 48 hours before the border crossing no quarantine is required.*

All persons (including Chinese nationals) must provide a negative COVID-19 test result issued no more than 5 days before departure. The test should be a nucleic acid test performed by a provider recognized by the local Chinese embassy or consulate.
Foreign nationals with long term visas, irrespective of country of origin, may enter the Philippines, beginning 1 February 2021, provided they are qualified for entry under current IATF resolutions:

NOTE: Currently, foreign nationals cannot qualify for a travel Visa to the Philippines UNLESS you are a Philippine citizen, permanent resident, or you are otherwise married to a Filipino or have a documented child in the Philippines. Entry to Thailand is limited to nationals, permanent residents and a select number of exemptions for essential travel, including spouses.
As of December 8, the Thai government has agreed to allow in tourists from countries that apply for its Special Tourist Visa (STV) -- any country in the world can sign up for the scheme.
A PCR test must be taken on arrival, after which all travelers must quarantine for 14 days at government-approved quarantine facilities or Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) facilities. This can include luxury hotels, some of which have developed quarantine packages.

Though not yet approved, the government is reportedly considering a plan to allow vaccinated tourists to visit without having to spend 14 days in quarantine.

Foreign travel is restricted.
All passengers arriving in Peru, irrespective of nationality, have to quarantine for 14 days. This can be in a home or accommodation anywhere in the country, in liaison with the health authorities. When the quarantine is to be completed outside Lima, you must arrive there within 24 hours after arrival in Peru. If upon arrival in Peru you test positive, you will have to self isolate in the Villa Panamericana or any other temporary centre in Lima or in the centres that the regional government assigns. You may end quarantine after 7 days if you take a PCR test on your 6th day in country and the result is negative. If you receive a positive result, you will need to quarantine where the health authorities decide.
Currently, Peru requires inbound international passengers on commercial flights have either a negative real-time COVID-19 molecular (RT-PCR), negative antigen test result, or a medical certificate of epidemiological discharge that is no more than 72 hours old after being issued and before boarding the plane.
*Travel in Peru: On 15 March 2020, Peru announced a national State of Emergency, which has now been extended until at least 28 February 2021.
